This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser of a Spa

A:3 year structure-warranted against failure from date of delivery, provided the installation, use and maintenance have been carried out according to our recommendations.

B:5 Year surface - warranted against decolor ,cracking, or delaminating of the interior from date of delivery,this warranty does not extend during damage of delivery or installation,wrong chemicals,incorrect cleaners and or the heated above 45 degrees Celsius or minus 20 Celsius.

C:1 Years electricity - the devices specifically the pumps, heater, air blower and control system - are warranted against malfunctions due to defects in production or materials from date of delivery, provided it is used in accordance with the manufacturers requirements.

D:1 Years Plumbing - the plumbing are warranted against leaks due to defects in production or materials from date of delivery, provided original plumbing equipment is not altered or modified from its original state. All service and repairs to be carried out only by a professional technician.

E:2 years for other accessories- The lamp, fuses, headrests, filter are warranted to be free of defects in production and materials from date of delivery, this warranty is void if: the Manufacturer or its designated representative determines that the accessories has been altered, neglected, misused or abused.

F:The warrantee shall be invalid if the spa is damaged by earth or ground-fill movement , Act of God, acts of aggression, by accident, or by intentional, reckless negligent acts of any person.

Procedure - To obtain service in the event of a defect covered by this Limited Warranty, notify your local dealer as soon as possible and use all reasonable means to protect the spa from further damage. In such an event, reasonable costs for removal of the original spa, shipping costs from the factory for the replacement spa and delivery and installation of the replacement will be your responsibility as the spa owner. The replacement spa will carry the balance of the original spa??s warranty.
