Do you have trouble ?

A. Control panel does not operate

This limited warranty is extended to the original purchaser of a Spa

1. Make sure the spa power box is plugged into the circuit breaker or Residual Current Circuit Device .

2. Reset the circuit breaker, supplying power to the spa.

3. If breaker continues to slip stitch, check with your electrician to be sure the proper amperage breaker was installed.

4. Check if the fuse burnt or not, contact the dealer to get replacement.

B. Pump will run ,but there is no water flow

1.Make sure inlet magnetic valves are open.

2.Make sure the suction intake covers are free flow.

3.Make sure the water level of the spa is above the level sensor and at the proper level on the skimmer opening.

4. Make sure the filter is clean.

C. Pump is running but heater is stopped

1. Make sure the the water is at a level and water pump is on, so it affects the recycling water flow through the heater from water pump.

2. The system setting are set in heating timing mode or factory setting heating.

3. Check temperature set to see if temperature is over heat, Disconnect power to reset heater high limit as per factory setting.

D. Pump vibrates excessively

1.Check to loose screws on pump frame and make sure it is not fasten tightly.

2.Make sure that the spa has been installed on a properly supported foundation.

3 Check if the shock absorption gasket is broken or in aberrancy.

E. Overheating

1.If the water is too hot and the high limit has tripped, the water must be allowed to cool to 110ºF.

2. Limited water flow may cause the heater vessel to overheat. Check to insure that all valves are open and that there is full flow. Also check for dirty filter element or air lock. Clean filter or bleed system of trapped air to restore full water flow.

F. Jets are weaker than normal or feel no current or air when the pump is operating

1.Check if jets outlet is closed and turn open.

2.Check its lead piping is straight and hard,make sure the piping is standard.

3.Remove any dirty that may be block the backwater fitting.

G. There is some foaming inside spa

1.Showering before entering the spa helps prevent this problem.

2.Using a de-oamer.

H. Water is cloudy

1.Make sure the filter is clean.

2.Check the water chemistry for proper balance.

3.Increase the time of filtration.

4.Check for high levels of total dissolved solids, drain and refill .

I. OZONE is humming

1.Ozone humming is normal. It is the vibration of ozone.

J. Others

Do not attempt a repair if you are not confident in your ability. Soldering pipes, replacing valves, and changing faucet seats may be better left to skilled persons with proper tools .
