Construction
Acrylic mold: Insulating treated, stain and wrinkle resistant, washable, color optional acrylic sheet, that in the manufacturing processt is heated and vacuum formed into a mold.

Fiberglass and resin: Acrylic molds are backed by a fiberglass compound, which is adhered to the acrylic with bonding resins. Ideally the each layer of the fiberglass would be hand rolled. This assures there are no air bubbles remaining which can lead to enough hardness.

 

Reinforced Understructure: One other material used in the construction of spa shells is stainless steel, because its good features :

1.Appearence :The bright, easily cleaned surface ,giving a modern appearance to any home. A non-directional polish can create a distinctive luster finish.

2.Longevity: Stainless steel won’t crack, blister or delaminate and non-porous, so.

3.Corrosion Resistance: It is one of the most durable materials used in construction today. Made up of low carbon steel, which contains chromium, Stainless steel does not deteriorate.

4.Feasibility: individually made by joining (welding) flat sheets together. This eliminates any thin or weak-spots that can sometimes occur with acrylic spas.

 

Jointed cushion tray: constructs with integrated pedestal on tray, it is adjustable fits to support spa itself or filled full. It is available to knockdown if you would like move spa indoor.
